Dr. Luciana Starks is a corporate communications leader by day and a graduate school professor by night. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare communications and a decade of academia, she brings a depth and breadth of professional and academic knowledge to consulting your organization.
Her research interests include leadership development for women and people of color, millennial leadership studies, mentoring, and organizational change.
She lives in southern California with her husband of 21 years, three children, and Bosley the Chihuahua. She is a certified etiquette instructor for teens and checks that every table has the proper place setting (left to right!) before dining.
